Challenge

State of Art's aim was to boost online sales by reinforcing its online brand identity. To achieve this goal State of Art decided to partner up with ISM eCompany. In cooperation with ISM eCompany, State of Art developed a long-term online sales strategy with a focus on branding, design, social, multi-channel, revenue growth and international expansion. 

Solution

The priorities State of Art voiced, were addressed by different departments within ISM (strategy, design, development, hosting and online marketing) who collaborated to ensure a powerful online platform run on Magento Enterprise. The online marketing team provided a successful SEO, Google AdWords and email marketing strategy. 

Results

State of Art’s webshop has undergone a complete transformation. Its responsive design gives the customer the possibility to visualize the unique story of State of Art and interact with the brand through its social media features. The new webshop exceeded initial expectations by fully integrating with the State of Art brand stores, automated shipping, ERP systems and payment/ checkout systems.
